A True Restoration and Moving Professional
Established in 1972
A Little History On Us
Robert Beavers founded Beavers Piano in 1972 in Atlanta Georgia. Prior to becoming involved with pianos Mr. Beavers and his brother Bill Beavers ran a small custom furniture making business in downtown Atlanta. The shop was located across the street from a successful piano retailer-wholesaler named Jack Mauldin. Mr. Mauldin discovered the Beavers' work and asked him to try his hand at piano finishing. After completing some work for Mr. Mauldin, the Beavers began to work on pianos along with their custom furniture business. Since that time the business has grown to serve many entertainers, movie industry, retailers, rebuilders, technicians, museums, and other institutions across the eastern United States. Ironically during the last few years we have been getting more and more requests to restore pieces of furniture so as a result furniture restoration has been added back to our offering of services.
